KL545/-S + KL/565-S
Based on Siemens’ latest developments in control and automation technology, Gämmerler has expanded its range of compensating stackers with the models KL/545-S and KL/565-S.
The Siemens control system S7-1500 and the latest components of drive technology are further enhancing the machine, operating with the proven Gämmerler LiftPack-technology. Additionally a TP-1200 PRO operating panel with new visualization and control logic serves as HMI-Interface, significantly increasing operator settings and information.

VM 500
Electrostatic Blocking Module
The blocking module VM 500 is used for stabilization and temporary fixing of unstrapped bundles. Normally the module is integrated into automatic palletizing systems, however, it can be used as well if highest bundle quality is required while manually palletizing.
The desired quality is achieved on the one hand by a repeated compaction (with up to 5.000 N) and on the other hand by electrostatically charging the bundle with up to 60 kV. The blocking module VM 500 is directly connected to the Gämmerler compensating stacker KL 540 (300 mm bundle height) or to the KL 560 (400 mm bundle height). This allows a compact footprint and also short bundle transport distance, therefore achieving gentle bundle conveying and short cycle times.

Vielfältiger Anwendungsbereich und hohe Paketqualität
Der Buchbinderei Kreuzleger BL 416 bietet eine hohe Einsatzflexibilität für die Paketbildung nach Dreischneidern o. Ä. Der Anwendungsbereich umfasst das Stapeln von Buchvorprodukten, wie z.B. Buchblöcke, Bücher, klebegebundene Broschüren, Kataloge und Zeitschriften. Das Funktionsprinzip des Kreuzlegers, der standardmäßig mit einem Servo-Ausstoßer ausgerüstet ist, basiert auf der bewährten 2-Stufen-Stapeltechnik mit sich horizontal öffnenden Sektionen. Einfache Bedienung bei hoher Flexibilität, ein breites Formatspektrum, schnelle Umrüstung und eine optimale, palettierfähige Paketqualität zeichnen diesen Kreuzleger aus dem Hause Gämmerler aus.

Bindery Compensating Stacker
The BL 408 offers high flexibility for bundle production after saddle-stitchers, perfect binders, inserters- and folding machines. It gives the printer or bookbinder the possibility to stack soft cover books, as well as a range of commercial products, direct mailings and saddle-stitched products with ring loops.
